(*) Mr.Baskin worked as a case handler and as a Chief of Anti-Dumping and Countervailing Duties Department between 1995-2014. He did not work in the investigating authority between 2002-2004 because of his graduation from University of Illinois MBA, and also 2009-2013 because of his appointment to the Permanent Mission of Turkey to the WTO as a Commercial Counsellor. During that time he represented Turkey as a chief negotiator in anti-dumping, subsidies and countervailing duties, dispute settlement and trade negotiations.
In certain investigations, he conducted the investigations from the initiation to the conclusion and took part as a leader of the investigating team, in certain investigations he participated as a part of the investigating team and conducted verifications and verified certain companies data and calculated dumping margin for those companies. He also supervised all of the investigations as a Chief of AD and CVD Department since 2004.
