President Serdar Baskin, has nearly 20 years experience in the investigating authority of Turkey as a case handler and and as a Chief of Anti-Dumping and Countervailing Duty Investigation Department. Baskin, took part in more than one hundred antidumping investigations and more than 10 anti-circumvention investigations and one countervailing duty investigation, and  nearly 10 safeguard investigations during his career in the Turkish investigating authority.
